I had P1 and P2 in October-November, and the photo was uploaded on December 1. I received PR on December 18. (The document says that the status was issued the day before). Mi PR timeline: PNP via Express Entry submission-26 Apr 2024 AOR - 21 Aug 2024 P1- Oct 2024 P2 - Nov 2024 Photo upploading - 1 Dec 2024 ECoPR - still waiting for 16 Feb 2025 I wrote an email back to the landing service to get access to P2, after two weeks of answering questions...- dalrene
