Hi All, As a PR holder, am wanting to pursue Ontario graduate certificate in Marketing Management. Which is a better college - Humber in Toronto or Fanshawe in London. I'm told that London is a better city with less competition and cost of living. Pls suggest.

Thanks for the response Raj. I have both the PCC from SSP Offices, won't that be ok. As on Express entry site they need PCC from the local police station.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have already taken a PCC from Lucknow and have applied a PCC online from Mumbai Police. Will that help?
