That is not what happened to me. They sent my application back because of a mistake like yours and now I have to wait and hope AINP sends me an extension of provincial nominee. Hope you have better luck or maybe a more lenient officer.

Thanks for the reply. My CIC application has a date stamp in red with May 20th. Expiration was on May 25th. Reason for delay was FBI finger print due to my wife getting rejected. I already sent a letter to AINP. Not sure what is going to happen now.

Send AINP you new passport info. I did the same.

It takes at least 8 - 12 weeks.

don't they say not to staple? use paper clip.

what reason did they give? All you can do is try again.

I don't think you can deliberately leave out PCC without a valid reasons.

We still need to submit the CIC documents before the deadline right? In my case my wife's fingerprints were rejected. So I have to wait for them to get back. This may take longer than my deadline. I have no option than to submit without fingerprint records for my wife.
