Hello How to get the GC key status ?

Hello All, I applied for family sponsership and my wife and kid did the medicals in July 2017 and the online status for Permanent Residence Medical results have been received. It is almost 6 months , any one in the same state ? Can we get any update other than this . ?

This is a new application for both of them and my wife asked to submitt the medcals in June and we did in july and for kids medicals are not required. After medicals this is 5 th month and we didn't heard anything from Delhi immigration office.

My kid is 5 year old, my wife and kid are in India. I came here and then I applied for the visa this May 2016.
