Okay so, if I have my eTA, my valid Work Permit, and I just applied to the PR (after getting the ITA and paying and everything), would it put into jeopardy my PR application if I take a 7 days trip outside of the country?

I have a eTA that is electronically linked to my passport. That one expires 2029. So I don't know if I can leave Canada after applying for the PR, even with the eTA in case leaving puts at risk the approval or pauses the PR process.

I have an open Work Permit that expires second half of 2025

Since the job offer points will no longer count after April 2025, I want to apply in march. But I had a ticket booked since June 2024 to go back to my country for a week from March 27th to April 2nd. Can I apply before I leave and not jeopardize my application?
