    My mom was born in Canada and moved to the USA as a child. I was born in the USA. On the CIT0001 form it asks "Did you leave Canada for 1 year or longer before 1977?" Since I was never in Canada, I don't know how to answer this question nor the dates to put. Should I say, "no", I did not leave...
