Hi hany_sams, I got decision made in mid of January and also the letter, and have just completed the ceremony. I am a January 2015 applicant, so I guess they have some internal processing timeline that they don't disclose. Don't worry, just wait.

I have called them, they said my FP was received by the Vancouver office at the end of Aug, and my application is still under processing. Nothing else...

we have very similar dates for both the test and FP, I have not seen any change in my ecase either.
