I'm just worried that if I ask for the physical file it will take too long to come back, If they include the same info in the electronic file I rather ask for electronic...I just need a copy for my citizenship application... How long did it take for the physical file to reach you? Thanks!

Great! Thanks so much for your replies; Did you ask specifically for the IELTS result when doing the ATIP request? Or just asked for the electronic file? I contacted the IELTS centre and they said cannot provide results that are more than 2 years old..
