The last update: I've got the AORs from IRCC with the NEW application numbers. I checked the tracker - the applications are in progress. Maybe my calls and a report through web form did help. I hope the time the appication will be processed the right way. Thanks guys for support!!

iceman55, thank you for the reply! I've managed to speak with an IRCC agent. I've been told that the reason for cancelling is an incomplete application. So I need to wait, then I will get my papers back. It could last weeks.
