    Where does it say in your ATIP that the judge require hearing? Is it under test results or under hearing section? Don't forget that hearing required under test results does not necessary mean that you need to see the judge.

    And your local office? What is your case stage and status on your atip file (open or on hold?). They usually put RQ files on hold but mine is assess and open.

    What is your timeline and your local office? I've the same: RQ issued by judge and under test, they did'nt record my test results, it says hearing required.

    I was full time graduate student registered even in summer. I have submitted my transcripts, attestation from university and another attestation from my supervisor that I have worked in his research laboratory full time.

    Yes is passed it with 20. Call centre agents are not well trained to answer all question.

    Actually on GCMS file, under testing the status is hearing required. I've already asked them why and their answer was: because you failed the test! The CO at the interview told me I passed with 20.

    I got RQ in Feb. They say the judge needs more documents so RQ has been issued. A generic answer!
