I have the same issue. I don't remember the date I applied. I applied on 19th Nov 2020 (Not sure of the exact date) and I got my PR on 15th Jan. I had work permit till 11th Jan 2021 and got my BOWP visa fee refunded on 29th Jan. How do I answer the date the extension expired ?
