@Ponga Ok makes alot of sense.So is it that my processing time would be longer inland because im out of status or does it take just as long if i was in status?and when you approach lawyers,do they actually go ahead and process outland because i know that some out of status people have gotten...

@Ponga but to wait for 3 years for PR isnt that insane?i honestly thought it was 13 months.so if i should send my application outland,does this mean they will know im in canada and applying outland while im still in canada?and when they call me to get my pr if approved will i have to travel back...
