    I'm not so sure about that unfortunately. The processing times keep increasing. They reached 93 days last week for a work permit extension with the same employer, which means my application will very likely be processed after November 1st. That's why I am asking.

    Hi there, On July 31st 2012, CIC issued a new form "Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker" IMM 5710 to replace the old IMM 1249. They say they will still accept the IMM 1249 but only until November 1st, 2012. Does anyone know which date will be taken...
