I understand My point is the OP should clarify with IRCC what do they mean by winter 2020, because some universities, like mine, don't have fall terms, they have winter terms instead.

You can argue on the terminology stated by IRCC, but my university does not have Fall terms, it has winter term 1 winter term 2.
