Hi Sadu, Have you get any instruction from the VO? I am also facing the same situation exactly as yours. Child Family name error. Mine visa has expired on May 13, 2013. Then after no communications from CHC-Visa Office. Hope we can share and communicate each other regarding the matter. Thank You.
