am applying for visa and trying to get all documents in place....just realised about the name error and so worried....will this be a problem??

hiee need urgent assistance....there is an error in my name on the birth certificate but all other documents have the correct name its "radhikha" instead of "radhika", an additional "h". will this be a major problem during visa application?? can anyone pls assist??
