Hi all. I think there's something super simple I'm missing. I have a US mailing address and I'm supposed to send some documents + a prepaid envelope to the Ottawa office. I tried to sort this all out yesterday (the sooner it gets done, the sooner I get my COPR, right) but none of the couriers...

I'm sorry, I know this is mostly a resolved issue for a lot of you, but: Can someone run me through the prepaid envelope? I have a us mailing address and was trying to send out my documents to canada yesterday but the USPS, UPS, and fedex all said they can't do international prepaid envelopes...
