how i know if my application to canada was deny or no i sent my application last july 27 and resend it again last september 2 2012 because of some missing document my LMO was expired last september 5 2012 but my friend who submit her apllication had her visa already and me i dont have any idea...

even its only 2 or 3 days before the LMO expire

what is the office hours of the Canadian embassy in Abu dhabi and if i send my document in the morning where i can send my document before the embassy will close at the same day.

My LMO will expire on september 5 2012 and my agency ask me to process my document this August 27 2012 to Canadian Embassy in abu dhabi i want to know if i can still get visa or it will can cause deny for my application. please help me
