I've called and they people are saying that they haven't received any fund from me but my bank has transferred GIC fron my account and also gave me aa swift copy.

Hi I have completed my GIC transfer for Scotia bank on 6 September , but still i haven't received my GIC certificate . Please someone tell me how much time it will take to send my GIC certificate.... Please help me I'm so much worried about that.
