I am going to apply in atleast 8 or 9 universities for Masters course. They require Recommendation letters from at least 3 professors from my college. The professors of my college are really busy people and making them fill and send LORs 8 or 9 times is nagging. Can't i use just one LOR for all...

In our case, we also have a certificate from our college that shows how they give CGPAs and it clearly states that % = CGPA*10 Most other colleges (IITs and NITs) give relative percentile type GPAs. But ours is absolute ... Any comment on that
