I have done evrything tt reciept mailed .. colled them last night they say funds not recieved yet .. it will take 1 more day .. can i applly on 3 or 5 aug or not ??

I DIDN'T HAVE RECIEVED MY GIC yet . transferred funds on 25th july . My agent told me that they will apply my file on 3 aug or 5aug . after recieving certificate . is it true or fake .. what i do ??? please someone help ???
