    For example, I started working in this position on Sept 1 2017 and my contract ends on Aug 31 2019--Will this be considered "two years"? Or does it have to be Sept 1 to Sept 1? Because technically my situation is one day short! Thanks!!!

    I have been working as a research assistant for my university since September 1 2017 and my contract ends on August 31 2019. I work 35 hours a week. Can I claim two years of work experience in this case or it only counts as one year ?? Thanks!!
