I've called CIC 2 weeks ago and I've asked where my application is being processed. I didn't get much info from the call other than they are working on my application and that I am still in the 12 months period.

Same situation here. My Application was received on March 9th and no test invite yet (application is being processed in Mississauga). I am following the February 2018 thread too, it seems that most applications submitted in Feb and being processed in Mississauga didn't get test invite yet, so...
