Friend, That's good to know.. So were you able to speak to an agent by dialing 0 as suggested by gary007 ? What time did you call CIC ? I have tried couple of times calling CIC but never was successful in speaking to an agent. I have even raised a cse to know my VO..no reply seen from CIC...
