Hi All, They have asked me to submit employment documents in Dec'2010 in 120 days and I have submitted on 10th Jan. Will they only look into the document after 120 days(starting from Dec 3rd) or process the document. What would be next step? Any comment would be great help to me. Thanks, Manav
