    Since 2012. The partner arrive in Canada 2015 and after 2 years applied for a PR which included the common law spouse. Just this year got their PR status and when the common law spouse landed this month, the partner abandon her. Can she file a case and have the partner’s PR status revoked?

    Hi, I would like to ask what are the grounds for revocation of PR. If the applicant apply as a common law in the application for PR but abandoned the partner after it arrive in canada can the applicant be filed a case of abandonement? Please help. Thank you
