Can my spouse and I sponsor each other at the same time with 2 different Visas?
He wants to sponsor me using the IR-1 so I can move to the US, I wants to sponsor him to move to Canada using a spousal Visa. Are we allowed to do this at the same time? We are either staying in Canada or moving to the US, not completely sure. But one of us will move. Any help is appreciated...- vdl
