When you say "Applied" do you mean you applied online and then got the documents or you submitted hard copy of document and then received the letter, what sort of documents did you prepare?

Hello everyone, I am planning to visit Canada for a tourist purpose, I paid for the biometric registration fee online, but I did not receive the biometric instruction letter yet, I wonder if the letter is sent right after the payment or after the submission of visa application documents?
