In some cases. you have to speak to the faculty and they allow you for a roll over. like if you are given late offer letter and you are not able to attend university due to visa processing timings.(my case)

Actually i was given offer for Fall but they rolled over me to January and i showed a net bank balance of 40 lac pkr.
