Thanks a lot, and should I send some documents from my work place showing that the stamp is wrong and send a new physical presence form based on correct information? or just providing the i94 is enough? ( I had my citizenship exam in June2018)

I am asked to provide a copy of Entry/Exit record of movement from USA, in one of my entries to USA the date on the stamp is incorrect and I provided the incorrect date as my Entry date now I just wanna know if the i94's print is what I am asked for? or should I apply for a FOIA?
