I am stuck in a similar situation. Stuck since Jan 2023. It's so frustrating.

But I am still looking forward to apply for a Canadian PR as I have the missing document. It's just I m scared of the already 2 refusals. I dont want to mess up things for myself. And I want to go the right way without any misrepresentation.

I received me ITA in November 2019 and Jan 2020 I had the refusal. Oct 2020 I received the confirmation of enrollment from university in canada. March 2021 applied for student visa and April 2021 received the refusal for student visa

I had applied in the general pool and they picked me up. Not sure can I do the same thing again. And what impact my refusals will have..

Yours were 2 refusals but the same type SP. Mine are 2 but both are different..

I Had received a PNP from Alberta. It was at the end when they closed the file due to a missing paper.

I had 405 crs. I lost 5 points due to my age. I need to give ielts again and then recalculate my score. But its 397. I should be eligible for the PNP programs. As is mentioned before my biggest concern are the 2 prior refusals and that too for 2 different programs.

It's more than 390. And I have my sister there.

I am thinking to reapply for PR again. Not sure how these 2 refusals would impact my application. I have never ever mis represented anything in both the applications and now I have the entire paperwork complete. I am just afraid of getting another refusal, which I dont want.

I won't omit anything. It's just my sister is in canada, and I might sound confused ( PR and then student refusal) and now PR again complicating the case for me.

Also, does this student visa closes the door of applying for PR again?

But it was a PG diploma. And now its Masters degree. Also if I try Australia or Ireland will these rejections have any impact??
