Hi All, I applied for a skilled worker immigration from Beirut, Lebanon in June 1997. I was checking ECAS regularly. Last December (2012) the statues has been changed from in process to Decision Made I tried to access the ECAS last Friday but I couldn't, I entered all the information correctly...
