I managed to get mine through earlier tonight after two days of no luck. Yes I did have to update the physical presence calc each day.

I too can confirm the system has started excepting applications...I had many failed attempts, reduced attachment size etc and it still wouldn't work this morning. Now tonight I logged in and hit submit without changing anything from last time it came back error and it was successful. Hoorah! CIC...
