i got it in 20 days after giving biometrics i am going for a cover letter through ICCRC authorized lawyer it is the reason they provide us with when they just want to reject visa application and don't find any ineligibility in file

sorry man i dont Know about FD's as proof of funds but since you are going to be reapplying i would recommend you to go with an ICCRC authorized lawyer's cover letter that increases chance of approval much more i have seen people getting approved even after 3 refusals i am also going for...
