    Similar situation. I linked my paper file online and they updated there that they're processing background check. Medical was passed and biometric column was showing they do not need my fingerprints although down there was my biometric validity showing upto 2029

    I yesterday recieved acknowledgement letter from embassy. I also applied from Jalandhar vfs under sds ( paper file ) Not sure what's going on! The normal processing time is 3 weeks right now. One of my friend applied with me on the same day at the same office and he got his visa after 12 days.
