That's interesting. That means that IRCC has your passport still, or there could be a problem with the update because there is no chance that your passport could take more than 2-3 weeks. Yours has been sitting there for almost three months. Anyway, maybe give the VAC a call or go there yourself...

Did you send the passport through VAC or through the consulate or the embassy, or by mail? Normally after your visa is approved, it takes around 2-3 weeks to get your passport back, and usually, you get updates either through email or SMS!
