    American Issued Visitor Record by CBSA??

    I flew into Vancouver from Las Vegas on the 6th of December for a medical consultation and was issued a Visitor Record to only cover the dates in my itinerary (06-12-2009 to 08-12-2009) because the customs people suspected I'd stay for good. I left on time but I did not check in with CBSA...
