Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office Honestly, I would send the original Urdu nikkah nama anyway...just in case. So you need these 3 things to send with your app: 1) Original Urdu nikkah nama 2) Translated English copy of your nikkah nama ATTESTED 3) Marriage...

I had already submit them my nadra certificate.... in ADR they asked me to submit english translation of nikkah nama.... and it has translator stamp only because In ADR request letter it has mentioned that notarised not acceptable

Yes I know I can, but previously i did read people's comments who said that its better to apply after ruksati..I was wondering if anyone else had faced any kind of objections on applying with Nikkah only?

A question for all the people who have been asked for an interview. Was there anything special about your case that led to an interview? I mean was it only Nikkah case or any age difference, 2nd marriage.

Nikkah only cases take a long time to process .. they question why only nikkah and no rukhsakti? on top of that, the girl is older than your brother and 2nd marriage .. all red flags .. Solution? Rukhsakti .. a small honey moon .. take lots of pictures .. save receipts of every hotel, etc they...

Correct - personally/directly know 2 cases who got approved just on Nikkah and they explained how / why they couldn't do Rukhsati etc. It is all subjective - based on officer and how detailed your case is. Perhaps if they were allowed to present their case - the officer would believe differently.
