Hi, I have my "Nikkah Nama" in urdu and also got "Marriage Certificate" which is already in urdu and english. Do I need to send both? or I can only send Marriage Certificate? If I send Nikkah Nama in urdu one with english translation, isn't it the same thing as " Marriage Certificate" ...

i m sponsor and only had nikkha, planning to send some documents voluntary but not too much. can sponsor send the doc or only the applicant? i know nikkah only case get the objection, but my spouse family don't want rukhsati until all processing done. anyone can help i m frm khi.

Nadra Marriage Certificate Also required in addition to Nikkah Nama. What they said was, only the marriage certificate without the nikkah naama wont suffice. So, provide both.

If you already have the English version [we only had the English version] then send it over as it is. There is no need for it to be attested, we did send the original Nikah Nama + Original Marriage certificate from Nadra. I got my stuff translated & notorized from F8 markaz: Office#2-3...

its not necessary that CHC will send objection letter if you just had your Nikah however they can ask you to submit more proof but that process is not different then other ruksati case at the end it all matters how strong is your case with supporting proofs.
