Marriages without rukhsati are viewed as fake marriages for immigration purposes. It is very rate the visa office will approve only nikkah marriage. Post in the main Islamabad thread and you will get more details.

Yes they might ask you for the Nikkah-Nama(translated), Also include the Urdu Nikkah Nama to be on safe side.

Only nikkah-nama and marriage registration certificate should be sent original. And make sure nikkah-nama has been translated or is in English and bears the seal or stamp of local union council.

There are nikkah only cases which successfully get their immigration, however they take longer and have to go through interview most times. in your interview if you can prove to the officer that your nikkah is genuine then they will give the applicant COPR. if you are already planning on holding...
