As far as I know only those Nikkah only cases have been approved where they had loads of relationship proof and tangible proof of Rukhsati ceremony being held in the near future. Also it matters how the principal applicant performs in the interview.

Yes these days Nikkah Only case usually goes to interview cue. However as you said you are going to have Rukhsati in October so just inform CHC Isl about your this Rukhsati program with all the proofs you have just mentioned and then only Allah knows but hopefully everything will go fine.

Please be sure marriage definition as per canada law, if you ever mention that nikkah is done rukhsti will be later you will be refused/ not eligible..

I agree with this recommendation. You face a much higher chance of refusal with nikkah only. Wait until everything is done before you apply.

Yeah in that case send ALL OF these pics you mentioned of the outings, you attending your sisters nikah with your husband, family dawats. Also send pics that are with groups of other people as well not just with your husband with his family and your family with him etc so they know that you both...
