I feel you. This system is so annoying and make you waste a lot of time! They send you the letter in the message box of the visa application section. I though they would send it or at least notify via email. Also, why does they make you wait a lot to get a biometrics appointment? I've to wait 3...

the website is a mess I rekon that and the tech support is slow as a turtle. Eventhough I did my application last week and I think the system is working fine. you need to get to the ''check list page'' and then you'll be able to submit all your files.

Glad to help you guys. Update: The system is now accepting the form IMM5257 from 06-2019, the one that is attached in the check list application. It seems that they finally fixed it. I just tried right now.

Thanks for the suggestion. I only use Adobe reader and I still get the same error even with a new blank form filled out.
