I got the same error message. In my case, the issue came from "Website certificate revoked". I deleted CRL and OCSP Cache following the instructions at https://support.globalsign.com/ssl/general-ssl/delete-crl-and-ocsp-cache, then all is fine. Further info...- tinbilly
