Hi guys.. can anyone tell me through their experience. I only have my transcript of my masters while i am waiting for my degree which is going to take longer period of time. Is it possible to get my evaluation done providing transcript only (no degree) ?

Hi guys, i want to apply for Alberta PNP. For that i want to know, do they keep changing professions in demand? Or they stay the same for a year so so?
I heard its not an eligibility criteria but they give high preference to those. I have no ties to Alberta.
So what are my chances of getting Alberta PNP with no ties to canada and CRS score of 400+? And with all other eligibility factors?
But if you see the score difference in 31/5/2019 when ontario held a draw they came as low as 439 whereas the FSW draw cutoff was 469. So they had a gap of 30 points. What would be the reason behind that?
