Thanks for your feedback. Basing on the express entry online eligibility checking tool I must have at least a job offer to be eligible no matter what.

Express entry . I am an architect designer with 12 years of experience. I have my ILTES certificate , I made my ECA from the WES recently , but with two conditions mentioned in my thread I got no solution to do anything.
