It took 38 days for my wife to get her medicals and waiting for passport request and my friend's wife got it in 3 days. they both flee back together and for another guy it took 1 month exact. So it depends, to play safe plan 2 months gap before ur plans

Please post this post in CEC application forum, you might get help from there. As I believe you have to write an letter to immigration to submit your passport at Delhi for stamping. PS. I might be interpreting wrong..

You can attach the passport request copy by downloading it from online and write a letter that you have received PP request on March 21. I think that shouldnt be a problem, but again still check.

Well, the processing takes more than a week, so she would have to apply from india. Also ask other people in the forum, but I believe processing done through vfs is accurate and fast..I should have done that too.. :( let me know how did it go..

I did not get any option to choose the visa office, i think they will sort out according to the country you or applicant are residing or applying from. I might be wrong
