Well, i'm from pakistan but living in UK since 2004. Im on work permit right now which is running out in march'2011. I want to know how i can get a work visa to canada? I've checked the immigration to canada calculator but im short of a few points. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

I just wanted to know the reason why a family in canada is considered wrong? I cannot think of one genuine reason why that is wrong. Anyone can have a family member in canada, if you have one is that your fault?

Yes driving without insurance constitute a criminal offence. My friend is a police officer and I once asked him this question. Other road traffic offenses like driving without MOT or Roadtax etc are not.
