i am getting maximum points of ielts around 16....can go for french too...but is there any other option? can i apply if i am getting bit lesser score than 67? i am dentist and have experience of more than 1 year...only...and i dont want to marry right now still long way to go ...

i am scoring 61 to 63 points and just need few bands more to get the 67 score...i am dentist in ahmedabad..and will learn french too but it will take time...:( any suggestions guy? is it compulsory to have 67 point score ?
