Can i submit my application , under sds if i did not meet the minimum score for ielts ? What are the possibility will happen in my student visa ? Any can advise thankyou- Hypertension

im in sds program .but still process . My question is it is possible that i will be rejected .of i submit ielts score 5.5 ? But i already recieve my LOA and i pay may first sem- Hypertension
