    If you are going to apply now, seems you must have to have at least 1 yr job experience (from now to prev 10yr) which match NOC 0213 duties. Usually "Software Engineer" NOC is 2173 and you have to mention this. If you use Software Engineer duties and mention 0213, you may be rejected... One...
